    Terms & Conditions

    Please read the following before submitting your application. Submitting the form is taken as acceptance of these terms.

    1. Organisers will be provided with event space free of charge throughout the Malaysia International Craft Festival (MICF) 2026, from 24 September to 5 October 2026, between 10.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m.
    2. Organisers are permitted to conduct activities for a maximum duration of two (2) days.
    3. The proposed programme must not contain any elements of religious, racial, ethnic or political sensitivity, or any content that may jeopardise public order or social harmony.
    4. The proposed programme or activity must be capable of attracting visitors, support the promotion of Visit Malaysia Year 2026 (VMY2026), and add value to the overall organisation of MICF 2026.
    5. The types of events and activities permitted by Kraftangan Malaysia are listed in the Appendix: Programme Event Spaces. The use of the Expo, Permanent Exhibition and Gelanggang (Arena) is subject to the approval of the Secretariat.
    6. Organisers are required to pay a refundable security deposit of RM1,000.00 to the Maybank account of Perbadanan Kemajuan Kraftangan Malaysia (Account No. 564016110360) no later than 10 August 2026.
    7. The security deposit will be refunded within seven (7) working days after the completion of the programme, subject to compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.
    8. Facilities will be provided free of charge on a shared-use basis for activities approved by Kraftangan Malaysia.
    9. Organisers are required to conduct live streaming during the programme for promotional and publicity purposes.
    10. All promotional and publicity materials, including those published on social media, in print or through advertisements, must display the official MICF 2026 and VMY2026 logos and tag the official social media accounts of both programmes.
    11. All matters relating to the planning, implementation, safety, management and costs of the programme shall be the sole responsibility of the organiser. Kraftangan Malaysia shall not be held liable for any negligence, loss, damage or incident arising from or in connection with the organiser’s programme.
    12. All organisers must submit their programme proposals to the Secretariat for consideration. The approval of any proposed programme is subject solely to the Secretariat’s review and final approval.
